The Vineyard Compassion Group in Coleraine has received the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service.
This accolade recognises outstanding achievements by volunteer groups, who devote their time to helping others and improving the quality of life and opportunity for those in the community.
A reception was recently held in Coleraine to acknowledge the charity and it's achievement.
One of it's volunteers, Ricky Wright says they're "honoured" to receive the award and it's a credit to all the volunteers involved:
Meanwhile, the Mayor of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, Councillor Brenda Chivers was there to offer her congratulations to the organisation:
Alison Millar, the Lord Lieutenant of County Derry/Londonderry was also there for the event.
