A 19 year old man has died following a crash in Lisburn.
It happened yesterday morning on the Saintfield Road.
The collision involved a ford focus - which the 19 year old was travelling in - and a tanker lorry.
A PSNI statement said:
Police can confirm that a 19 year old male has died following a road traffic collision on the Saintfield Road, Lisburn at approximately 10.20am today, Sunday, 14 July.
Police would appeal to anyone who was travelling on the Saintfield Road, in either the direction of Temple or coming from the Temple area and may have witnessed this incident which involved a silver Ford Focus and a tanker lorry, or anyone who has dash-cam footage that would assist in our enquiries, to contact PSNI Collision Investigation Unit on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 631 14/07/19.
