Firefighters are tackling a fire at a waste recycling centre in Belfast.
A Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service (NIFRS) spokesperson said crews were at the scene on Hillsborough Road in Carryduff.
They have advised local residents to keep windows and doors closed and asked members of the public to avoid the area to help with the firefighting operation.
South Belfast MLA Kate Nicholl posted on X and said it was “very concerning to see images of Irish waste facility on fire in Carryduff – massive blaze, thoughts with the fire brigade who are dealing with it right now”.
