Dozens of homes were been evacuated in Derry – Londonderry due to a security alert.
Police say a suspicious object discovered in the Farmhill area of Foyle Springs on Friday morning, was a hoax.
It’s understood that army bomb experts arrived at the scene shortly before midday and carried out a controlled explosion on the object.

The Area was cordoned off, but has since been re-opened.
Independent Councillor Darren O'Reilly said many residents were forced to stay with nearby family:
Police say, that ATO examined the device and declared it a hoax. Families have been allowed to return to their homes.
