A man has been charged with the murder of Lu Na McKinney who drowned in County Fermanagh.
The 35-year-old fell from a boat on Lough Erne back in April.
The accused - who's 41 was held in Derry Londonderry on Wednesday.
He's also charged with Possession of a Class C controlled drug and will appear before Omagh Magistrates Court tomorrow morning.
A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the PPS."
