To look at Amanda McConville, you would never imagine she had been in a place so dark that she had lost the will to live.
She's a friendly, bubbly, woman, full of positivity, with a disarming smile, and a sunny disposition that immediately puts you at ease.
But the mum-of-three from Rathfriland tragically lost her only daughter, Rachael, eight years ago when she was hit by a car as she crossed the road.
A friend suggested she write down how she felt each day, and a healing process, that continues to this day, began.
She penned her thoughts good and bad as she grieved, it became five years of writing.
Now she's put what she's written into a book to help other bereaved parents.
Amanda McConville's book "Rachael my beautiful daughter, my beautiful friend" will launch tomorrow (Friday, June 30th), the day her daughter would've turned 19 years old.
