Man arrested over attempted murder of police officer, released unconditionally

A man arrested in connection with the attempted murder of an off duty police officer in Derry-Londonderry has been released unconditionally.

A viable imrpovised explosive was found under his car in the Ardanlee area in February 2017. 

The 49 year-old was arrested in the city yesterday.
