A man will appear before Newtownards Magistrates court this morning charged with the murder of Colin Horner.
The 35 year-old was shot dead in front of his three year-old son outside a Bangor supermarket back in May.
Detectives from Serious Crime Branch arrested and questioned the 34 year-old suspect Wednesday.
He's the third person to be charged with the murder and also faces the charge of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
