The PSNI has renewed its appeal for witnesses following a fatal collision on the Glenshane Road last week.
Loreto Douglas died from injuries sustained in the three-vehicle crash.
The 64 year old was driving a Volkswagen car that was involved in a collision with a Ford Transit van and a Citroen Dispatch van.
She was airlifted to hospital in Belfast by PSNI Air Support Unit but later died from her injuries.
Three men and a woman were also taken to hospital for treatment for their injuries.
The crash happened at approximately 9.15am on Wednesday 23rd November close to the Ponderosa.
Inspector Ian Armour has appealing to anyone who was travelling on the Glenshane Road last Wednesday morning and who witnessed the collision, any vehicles stopped on the road or any pedestrians prior to the collision to contact local police in Limavady or the Collision Investigation Unit on 101 quoting reference number 230 of 23/11/16.
