A murder investigation has been launched after a body was found inside a burning van.
Emergency services were called to reports of a van on fire in Prestatyn, North Wales, at about 11.30pm on Sunday.
The identity of the person found is not known, police said.
A cordon is still in place surrounding the scene in Gas Works Lane.
Police appealed for anyone with information to contact the investigators.

Detective Superintendent Chris Bell, of North Wales Police, said: "Officers are working at pace to identify the person.
"We understand this incident may cause concern within the local community and I would like to reassure the public that there is a visible policing presence in the area.
"I would appeal to anyone who was in the Gas Works Lane area of Prestatyn between 10.45pm and 11.45pm yesterday and saw or heard anything unusual to contact us."
