Luke Littler is to become a guest manager on 'Fantasy Football League'.

The 16-year-old darts player recently became the youngest player ever to reach the PDC World Darts Championship final - where he was beaten to the title of world number one by Luke Humphries - and will now appear on the upcoming series of the Sky Max comedy show.

Each week, a pair of celebrity guest managers will join regular hosts Matt Lucas, Andrew Mensah, and Elis James to chat about their love of the game and reveal personal stories about their journey with the sport.

Other celebrities to feature on the second series of the show include former 'EastEnders' star Danny Dyer, 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!' winner Jill Scott, 'The Last Leg' host Alex Brooker, cricketer Stuart Broad and 'Ted Lasso' actor Phil Dunster.

Football managers Emma Hayes and Tony Adams as well as comedienne Katherine Ryan, and 'Taskmaster' star Alex Horne will also feature in the lineup.

Bosses of the show claimed that the second outing of the sports will continue to "delight" fans and will continue to "honour the format" of the original.

In a statement, they said: "The second series of 'Fantasy Football League' will continue to delight fans old and new as it honours the format of the cult original series, with Matt and Elis combing over the week's football news sharing hilarious clips and anecdotes. Also returning is the much-loved 'Phoenix From The Flames' segment - where a famous moment from footballing history is recreated with an array of iconic players."

When the show returns for the second series, Sky Max will also be giving viewers the chance to interact with the celebrity guests.

'Fantasy Football League' will return to Sky Max and NowTV in early 2024.
