“’The Blues Project’ presented by Van Morrison” – Queen’s University Belfast’s ‘Artist in Residence’ to celebrate the Blues, at the iconic Mandela Hall 

Van Morrison has announced his latest initiative “The Blues Project” which will see the artist perform two special nights in Belfast’s Mandela Hall on 14^th & 15^th April 2025.

Blues fans will enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime experience as Morrison is joined on stage by rock, blues & soul icon Chris Farlowe and legendary Manfred Mann frontman, Paul Jones.  

“The Blues Project” is personal to Morrison, who is renowned globally as one of the greatest jazz & blues musician of his generation.  Morrison explained: “The Blues Project will be a special celebration of Blues music here in Belfast – we want to create a Blues club experience at Queen’s University Belfast.”
